Security Concerns in IoT and OT
Organizations face significant security challenges with IoT and OT devices, as 55% of respondents believe these devices are not designed with security in mind. Additionally, 60% consider IoT and OT security to be one of the least secured aspects of their infrastructure, leading to increased risks as they connect more devices to the internet.
Many organizations struggle with visibility into their IoT and OT assets, with only 29% reporting a complete inventory of devices. Furthermore, 42% lack the ability to detect vulnerabilities in these devices, and 61% have low confidence in identifying compromised devices, highlighting the need for improved monitoring and management solutions.
